A 1.5-day workshop focused on learning how to use OMERO.

The workshop combines image management, computational analysis, and artificial intelligence tools, with a special focus on their integration into scientific workflows.

An opportunity to connect digital images, data, and new analysis tools within an integrated OMERO environment.

During the workshop, participants will work on:

• Importing, organizing, and managing images and metadata in OMERO

• Visualizing and managing regions of interest (ROIs)

• Creating figures with OMERO.figure

• Integrating OMERO and QuPath

• Image analysis with Fiji

• Data mining with OMERO.parade

• Introduction to analysis using machine learning and deep learning, with tools such as CellPose and StarDist

• Discussion and application of these tools to workflows​
